Course Outline

This Course is focused on the analysis of European and Comparative Social Protection Law instruments, using paradigms from the disciplines of EU law and comparative social policy.

The content of the Course ensures the recruitment of specialized knowledge for understanding the institutional and operational framework governing the activities of the European Union and selected representative national models (Germany, Finland, France, Ireland and UK) in the sectors of employment, social insurance and welfare.
